How many trip options are there?
There are two options: There are two package for both resorts options for varying lengths of stay and occupancy. Rates are per person. See PRICING page for more detail.

Where are we staying?
We have two Resort Options for this trip: RIU Guanacaste and RIU Palace. See RESORT page for specific details.
Can I have my own room?
YES. There are options for a single-occupancy room. See PRICING for rate/details.
Does NxlevelTravel book the flights?
All travelers are required to book their own individual flights. NxlevelTravel will NOT book flight arrangements for travelers.
Each traveler is responsible for making their flights and connections. Travelers should take special care to account for timezone changes and consider potential delays when booking their flights. NxlevelTravel is not obligated to make any adjustments due to delayed or missed flights. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
What airport do we fly out of / into?
All travelers are required to book their own flights. NxlevelTravel will not book flights for this vacation.
We recommend booking fights to and from (LIR) – Liberia International Airport (LIR). Complimentary roundtrip transfers are only from this airport.
Alternative:
Travelers can fly into Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) airport as they may have more affordable options. In this case, travelers are responsible to book there own transfers. – A great option to book transfers from SJO to the resort is http://www.costaricashuttle.com. Please visit website, click on “rates”, select San Jose Airport under “departing from”, and then select Guanacaste under “going to”. The more people in the group, the more affordable the trip will be. Also, make sure to book a return trip to (SJO) as well.
Do I need a passport?
YES. You will need a passport to travel to this destination. If you do not have a passport, we encourage you to apply for one TODAY!
What is your hotel substitution policy?
Depending on the number of travelers that register for the trip, Nxlevel Travel reserves the right to move to a different resort as long as it is in the same rating class or higher)
What is your refund policy?
All deposits and full-payments or installments are non-refundable. Deposits, full payments and/or installments are non-transferrable. We encourage reviewing all details here on the website prior to making payments. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Does NxlevelTravel offer travel insurance?
NO. Nxlevel Travel does not offer travel insurance. However it is strongly recommended. While not everything is covered under travel Insurance, it is an extremely wise option for travelers. We recommend purchasing through a reputable company of your choice. Any personal issues that arise that require you to inquire about coverage should be directed to your travel insurance company, not Nxlevel Travel. All deposits and payments to Nxlevel Travel are final and non-refundable.
Will there be additional costs?
NOTE: Nxlevel may plan OPTIONAL activities that will come at an extra cost.
What are good websites to search for flights?
We recommend using Skyscanner, Kayak, Google Flights, or Cheap-O-Air.
What is your photo / video release policy?
By participating in any NxlevelTravel trip, event or activity (“Event”), you acknowledge and agree that NxlevelTravel, its affiliates and designees may photograph, film, record and otherwise capture your image, likeness, voice and performance (collectively, “Media”), and upon paid deposit or full payment for the trip you hereby grant and assign to NxlevelTravel a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable right, license and all right, title and interest in and to the Media to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, display and otherwise exploit the Media in any format or medium now known or hereafter developed for promotional, marketing, commercial or any other lawful purpose without further notice, approval or compensation to you; you waive any right to inspect or approve uses and release NxlevelTravel from any and all claims, demands or liabilities arising out of such use. If you are registering a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and consent on the minor’s behalf. To request not to be photographed or recorded, notify NxlevelTravel in writing prior to the Event and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee removal of Media in which you may appear. This release survives your participation and is binding on your heirs, assigns and legal representatives.
How far apart is RIU GUANACASTE from RIU PALACE?
The resorts are right next door from each other, about a 1 minute walk. All guests of RIU PALACE have FULL access to all facilities at RIU GUANACASTE!
Can I change my hotel at a later date after I have selected one?
Once you make a resort selection, you CANNOT change to the other. Therefore please make sure yourself and your roommate are selecting the correct resort.
Can we come a day early?
Yes. For an additional fee Nxlevel Travel can book your hotel check in for June 10th, 2026.
